Refund policy

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer returns for a refund/exchange in size, we can only offer a gift card for the total cost of the items not including postage. Please note returns postage must be paid for by yourself and postage costs are not refunded. It is recommended that you use a trackable service if you need to return an item. Returns must be posted back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. 

Every item is quality checked before it is packed and shipped, however if the item is faulty you can return the item for an exchange/refund. If an item is returned to us and we can see it has clearly been worn, the item will be returned back to yourself and no exchange given. Please check our size guides for help on choosing the correct size for you.  Faulty items must be brought to our attention via email within 3 working days of you receiving your order. Please email us at victorialouisecountry@hotmail.comvictorialouisefashion@outlook.com with photos of the faulty items so we can arrange a replacement item. After this time frame we unfortunately cannot offer a return.
