Refunds / Returns

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please email: victorialouisecountry@hotmail.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and name in the parcel. Once the order is received back, a refund will be issued. Please note, return and original postage costs are not refunded and customers must pay for return postage. 

When returning any item we strongly advise that you request a receipt/proof of delivery in case of non delivery or damage.  We reserve the right to withhold the refund if a proof of delivery is not obtained or the item is returned damaged and in such events it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier. We cannot be held responsible in this case.

Returned items must be unworn and still have the tag attached (where applicable). This includes bikini bottoms to have the hygiene sticker still attached. If the item has been worn or tags not attached, the item will be posted back to yourself and no refund issued.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges, but you are more than welcome to return and then repurchase a new size.
